Expertly crafted from merino fiber, this ONE of a KIND very detailed felted scarf features a striking floral design that is sure to make a statement. This floral felt has been texturized with hand spun yarn bits and felt cuts from my felted flowers and leaves. I added many hand felted leaves with free motion stitching. The white areas are covered of a silk veil. Individually hand-dyed to achieve rich, saturated colors, this versatile piece can be worn in multiple styles.
This shawl is made of merino wool
This shawl is medium thickness. It is moving and supple but is has body as you can see in the photos. This shawl is medium length 80” X 19” at the widest area. Model is 5’2”.
The patterns on this shawl are made from scratch. I use roving I dye and draw on my felt, layering colors. There is no short cuts. I do not use commercially made fabrics or felt or paper to create this. Its all original, unique and handmade.

Please remember this is handmade felt from scratch. My felt varies in thickness, they are thicker in the main middle area and thinner on the edges and may even be sheer and delicate.
This scarf measures 80” by 19 inch at the widest.

Currently I ship canadian orders with UPS, and USA and international with canada post. Some of my USA clients did not experienced any delays in the delivery.

TARIFFS
All packages sent to USA will have taxes and duties calculated at checkout and detailed in a separate line. I am back shipping with Canada Post as it is the most cost efficient and quick since it is duties paid upfront. Currently my packages are cusma compliant which means it is not required to be subjected to tariffs. I will include the necessary papers on the package.
Since this is a new process I don’t know if there will be delays but your package will have tracking. I cannot guaranty you wont have extra fees at the delivery.

Giving how difficult it became to keep my business up and support myself, you can help with this 2$ donation. I Always mix lots of different textures together. Art yarns will be showcased better if you use more simple yarns with them. It will also keep the overall weight lighter. You can do two rows of art yarns with two rows of singles, when knitting or 4-5 rows of singles then 3-4 of art yarns.
First time using art yarns? Try one skein to knit or crochet mittens wrists. I use 8-10 mm needles or crochet, and go looser when needed.
Spice up your purls with some texture! You can alternate all sorts of yarns to create a very unique knitted project. Pattern here
